Thank you for your email. I have noted with concern the points you have
made.  I have spoken to Mr Peake about his video presentation and will be
arranging to meet with him and colleagues from Environmental Health to
discuss the matter further.  I have also tentatively agreed with him (I need
to liaise with the Chairman for approval) for him to undertake a
presentation to the Council, Wednesday 27 April.

I have asked him to forward some background details on the concerns he has
raised and also have requested that Mick Bullock in Environmental Health
contact DEFRA to understand their approach to the dredging and dumping that
is taking place off Cawsand.

I hope my comments meet with your approval and action to be taken.
